Thousands of people are exposed to dangers some of them incurring them, not because of their incompetency but due to the poor environment they are placed in. Mostly, some of these employees fail to report this cases because they fear loosing their jobs; instead they prefer taking the risks. Worker ought to understand that they have a right to the provision of standard equipment and working environment. Improper designing of equipments can cause repeated injuries to users and may end up harming their health if there are no precautions. For this, surveillance cameras should also be installed in order to track the activities of the company in order to record the accidents that happen.

As a result of the pressure in the ever increasing competition, employees are overworked so as to keep up with the competition, and as a result, always succumbing them to these pressures. Competitors are only concerned with their insecurities and only deal this with pressure risking the health of their workers. This strategy of working smarter, better, faster, longer, and harder have been the cause of health complication that are denied by most companies.

This has become and increasing challenges in organizations and to their defense, they deny it to be as a result of the pressure implicated on workers. It is obvious that such incidences that lead to abnormalities experience at work places are the responsibility of these organizations. Moreover, there is more to this other than just the obvious as the health status of the victim before the accident has to be determine in order to conclude the root cause.

What is more, people ought to be cautious when signing agreements between them and the company. There are previous cases whereby people are tricked in to signing contract that discredits them from having a safety coverage; therefore risk their health due to ignorance. Such organizations take advantage of their employees and ignore health hazard that risks their lives since they are not responsible for their health coverage; it is for this reason, that there are agencies assigned the duty of protecting workers.

Normally, organization will only take responsibility and give out the work accident compensation only when there is a risk of getting exposed. For this, it is advisable to seek employment in an organization that is insured, and that covers the safety of its workers.
